Senior Instructional Designer
Lead curriculum design and instructional sequencing across our professional development and corporate learning program suite. Partner with subject matter experts to transform practitioner knowledge into structured, engaging, and measurable learning experiences. ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and LMS administration experience required.
Corporate Training Facilitator — Leadership Track
Facilitate live corporate training workshops and cohort-based leadership programs with enterprise clients. Develop discussion guides, post-session participant assessments, and action-planning toolkits. A minimum of 8 years in a management or leadership role in a real organizational environment is required — this is not a training-on-training-how-to-train role.
Learning Technology & LMS Manager
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System, including course uploads, learner enrollment, progress tracking, and technical support for both individual and enterprise clients. Build reporting dashboards that surface completion rates, competency trends, and program ROI for client review.
Corporate Account Manager — L&D Partnerships
Own the full relationship lifecycle for our enterprise and mid-market corporate clients: from initial discovery and scope definition through delivery oversight, impact reporting, and renewal conversations. You'll partner directly with HR, L&D, and operations leaders at client organizations to ensure their training investment produces measurable outcomes.
