Refund Policy

Druvex Academy LLC operates with transparency regarding program commitments. The following refund and cancellation policies apply to all individual enrollments and certification tracks.

1. Online Certification Programs (Self-Paced)

Learners may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided that they have completed less than 20% of the program content and have not accessed or downloaded any final assessment materials. After 7 days, or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Live Cohort Programs (Professional & Executive Education)

Because live cohorts have strictly capped seating, a seat reserved is a seat denied to another learner. Consequently, the following schedule applies:

  • Cancellations 14+ days before cohort start: 100% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations 7-13 days before cohort start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before cohort start, or after the cohort begins: No refunds.

3. Corporate/Enterprise Agreements

Refund and cancellation terms for custom corporate training, workforce upskilling, and custom eLearning development contracts are explicitly defined within each client's Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) and are exempt from the individual enrollment policies stated above.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible terms above, please email contact@druvexacademy.com from the email address associated with your enrollment. Please include your original order number and the name of the program.
